Turkish is the official language of the congress. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for presentations of international speakers and certain sessions.

Requested to take part in the congress, any letter of permission to be submitted to an organization shall be sent to any requesting participant through the Organizing Committee of the Congress.
For security reasons, all participants and their companions are required to wear their name tags to enter the Congress center, attend scientific sessions and visit booth areas and other social events between December 12 - 18, 2022.
